I can sympathize with the person that commented on the setting. I enjoy CE because I like rolling my own setting/future history. If I were to play Traveller today, it would be the LBBs only.
The name of the ship building competition/book was probably Traveller Adventure 5: Trillion Credit Squadron. 🙂
